Martin Doyle, our Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Esco, brings a wealth of experience to his role. Driven by a genuine passion for life sciences, he began his journey as a molecular biologist, conducting R&D in a genomics firm after graduate studies. After earning an MBA, he joined the corporate development group of a leading life science instruments and reagents provider, playing key roles in licensing, technology scouting, strategy, M&A, and integrating acquired companies.
As Head of Corporate Development and M&A, Martin oversees Esco’s growth and strategic evolution by identifying and executing initiatives to enhance our market position. His remit includes licensing agreements, technology scouting, M&A activities, and ensuring alignment with Esco’s business objectives. He also leads the seamless integration of acquisitions, fostering a cohesive, forward-thinking culture.
