In light of Esco’s rapid global expansion, the need to shape a forward-looking finance organization that seamlessly supports business growth is more important than ever. Under the leadership of Maggie Ma, our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the company aims to achieve a strong accounting and finance foundation.

Maggie brings years of invaluable experience to Esco, playing the lead role in adapting our finance organization to support business growth. Our finance function now operates in a matrix structure, with solid reporting lines to group finance managers and dotted lines to entity and country general managers. Overseeing each region, she leads efforts to enhance our systems, incorporating Power BI for timely and accurate reports and analyses.

Her strategic vision extends to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), emphasizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide Esco’s goals. As part of the group finance controlling strategy, she is implementing controllership across entities, focusing on policy revitalization, internal control reinforcement, and finance process standardization.

Maggie enjoys coaching and developing her team, actively creating opportunities for members to thrive. She maintains an open-door policy to foster an approachable atmosphere and seamless collaboration. With Maggie’s strategic finance reorganization and the Esco 3.0 transformation, our company continues to propel toward greater success.
