With over 20 years of senior leadership experience across the life sciences, manufacturing, and distribution sectors, Christopher has a proven track record in driving commercial performance and operational improvement. Prior to joining Esco, he served as Managing Director of a leading laboratory equipment supplier in the UK, where he achieved sustained double-digit revenue and profit growth, expanded product portfolios, enhanced digital capabilities, and strengthened national framework partnerships. He has also held senior leadership roles at several equipment manufacturing and trading companies, including those specializing in dental office furniture and equipment, surfacing materials, and supply chain consulting.

Christopher first joined Esco to strengthen organizational culture with customers and channel partners in Esco Great Britain. Today, Christopher leads commercial operations across Europe with a people-focused and collaborative approach, emphasizing execution, clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement. Guided by integrity, data-driven decision-making, and a customer-centric approach, he strengthens Esco’s position as a trusted partner to the scientific community.
